No one can argue that things are pretty tough these days, and people, perhaps your friends or family members, are going through some really difficult times as well.  If you’re like me, you long for the fun times right now -those carefree days of our youth. 

Now, with online social connections like Facebook, My Space and Twitter its so easy to relive the past with your friends from high school and college;  as a matter of fact, getting in touch with my college radio friends on Facebook has brought back almost 20 years of many amazing memories that are so easy to forget as an overworked mommy/radio on-air personality! The first day of Spring officially begins on March 20th some days away.   After a weekend of mild temperatures teasing of the weather ahead, I can officially say I have spring fever.  I am so looking forward to taking a walk down the block without frost bite, bicycle riding with the girls, and opening up the windows and just enjoying some fresh air in the coming weeks.  Most of all, I’m looking forward to seeing my Mets at their new home, Citifield.   (more…)
